About Me...
Hi, I’m Gillian.
Thanks for taking the time to read my bio.
The helicopter view:
People have always been at the centre of what I do and I’m passionate about helping people in reaching their potential. I would say that my key strength is having the ability to effect the change that my clients wish to make, helping them to turn their life around.
The ‘professional’ bit:
With over 18 years experience in training, people development and customer relationship management in large multinationals and SMB’s, I consider myself to be results driven and client focused. I have also benefited from my positions held overseas in terms of appreciating cultural diversity.
The ‘keeping it real’ bit:
Being a mum to 3 wonderful children affords me with hands-on experience in finding and managing that ever- shifting ‘balance’ of being a working mom. I understand change! Having left the workplace for extended periods such as maternity leave, I know what it’s like to experience both the change in status quo and the different roles a woman has to play. The return to work phase brings with it a different transition, lots of positive and challenges and lots of change! I have been challenged to adopt a new role and to review what I want out of my life, how to prioritise and how to navigate the journey!
